• Everyone brings an idea or practice before the group for a collaborative conversation
• The group helps you think through the philosophical and practical issues around this idea
• The group helps you make action steps to see this concept come into existence

• Each person also brings a book or article (in advance) to the group to help frame the conversation

• Each person leaves the event with their particular and specific ministry leadership issue having been intentionally addressed, unlike other conferences where you may leave feeling like nothing really applied to you or was helpful
